May – October 2021
Installation of ATLAS Slitter Machine at El Maraghy Pack Factory – Obour
The project was completed without any external technical support, with locally manufactured missing parts, integrating both mechanical and electrical work.
Result: An old machine restored to full operational efficiency.
December 2021 – March 2022
Commissioning of JACK Cling Film Production Line – Rural Facility
Despite unstable electricity, a tight site, and a malfunctioning cooling system, the commissioning was carried out using only the manuals, achieving smooth and stable operation.
June – August 2023
Installation of BANDERA Machine, Model 1994 – Limited Space and No Manuals Available
Required modifications were carried out, and replacement parts were manufactured according to the original machine design, with a complete redistribution of technical connections to ensure full operation.
October – December 2024
Installation of ALPINE Five-Layer Machine – One of the Largest Flexible Packaging Facilities
A high-tech project involving precise structural installations and heavy lifting, using advanced calibration equipment to optimize layer performance and ensure system integration.

Installation of GOLDI 220 cm Machine – Nagmat Plastics Factory, 6th of October
Despite limited space and the absence of spare parts, the frame was modified and parts were locally manufactured, with air and water lines redesigned, achieving fully stable operation.
January – February 2025
Dismantling of Three-Extruder Blown Film Machine – Prime Pack Factory, Nigeria
The machine was housed inside a welded tower with no lifting pathways. The tower was partially lifted, and an overhead hoist was installed, with every step of the dismantling documented for later reassembly, all completed without any damage.
Installation of a Used MACCHI Machine – Remote Site with Challenging Operating Conditions
Despite infrastructure challenges and lack of technical support, the machine was successfully started using only the manuals, achieving stable production performance.
Relocation of a 6-Color Flexographic Printing Press – From Al-Zakat Foundation to Obour
The complete relocation was carried out in just 10 days, with precise reinstallation in a limited space, ensuring trouble-free operation.
